Our story

Our mission at Area71 is to generate further knowledge, best in business consumer satisfaction and overall knowledge of all products as well as our own. Our vision is to be recognized as not only a competitor in horticulture, holistic care, edibles, glass and vape wear, but the neighborhood consultant in matters of taste. We aren’t fixated with overwhelming our consumers with a plethora of products at once, but Moore so a vertical growth as a community. We’re determined to introduce new products one thing at a time educating our consumer throughly. This culture is just now getting the much needed light it deserves and the people need to grow with it!

INITIATIVE 1: COMMUNITY

In order to grow here on the east coast and spread prosperity to our communities, we have to work with locals to push the culture forward. We reserve the right to prefer to work with individuals cultivating their own flowers, studying extraction and generating brands right here in your own backyard and we do. We carefully source as many quality products with local entrepeneurs right here in Washington DC. This is more important for the culture then most know. Allowing us access to the standardized testing and the same if not better methods than exercised in other areas that have worked with cannabis for longer than us. So shout out to all the hgrowers and everyone else who makes this growing market so great! We donate an unpresidential amount of funds towards a scaleable system that gives community members in DC and all over the ability to get free or discounted merchandise to start their gardens at home. INITIATIVE 2: PROMPTNESS

We’ve curated a state of the art system to ensure delivery time windows are acurate with traffic in this crazy city in mind. Respect translates to time and our personnel as we know this is a two way street and will project this same energy to you. Disrespect will not be tolerated as we lead with love and believe all parties will follow suit. If compliancy isn’t achievable we will term business for healthy environment purposes.

INITIATIVE 3: Consistency

We strive to deliver the same great experience to the consumer who’s budget can’t afford the higher end donation taking our community in mind as much as the consumer that prefers the connoisseur approach. If you ask the masses our lowest end donation gifts rival the market in the most competitive manor. pound for pound as well as our boutique selections are best in biz hand selected by Vince & Rae. We strive too offer low end of the spectrum, to the best without compromising quality on either end. If you are not happy with our product we don’t love it. Any concerns ever we are open to criticism and love to hear the community feedback.

PLACING A PRE-ORDER:

ALL inquiries require online processing AND a picture of YOU holding YOUR photo ID to verify we are Initiative71 Compliant and to know whom our driver is delivering to. We are a delivery service; We DO have a $135 minimum & $15 Service fee that will automatically add to your cart, once you've finished ordering your donation online. There is NO exceptions as this is how our drivers get paid. TIPS are welcome! :) Your satisfaction is exrtemely important to us. Highly qualified, knowledgeable delivery service. Here at Area 71 we put our best foot forward in providing unmatched customer service and empowering our cannabis patrons so that they have the best experience possible. As we grow and advance our brand we want to create a smooth process for our users! BASIC STEPS TO PLACE A SCHEDULED DELIVERY OR MEET UP 1. Register Account with Wheresweed 2. VISIT OUR STORE via Wheresweed to see Menu and other options for donation 3. Log in to your registered account and begin adding available items to your cart (if there is a deal you wish to claim please make sure you view the deal and follow the instructions on how to claim that deal when adding to your cart) 4. Submit order, with proper information including Name, best Phone number and any other information Wheresweed requires. Make sure you are giving yourself plenty time to make the desired delivery or meet up spot. ( all orders are subject to a change in time or location based upon our dispatch preference and availability that day) Best practice if you have a short window of time or have a preferred location always take advantage of the preordering system, and order at least 12 hours in advance. Also orders are taken in at 2 hour increments (I.E.) < If order is placed at 2pm, unless ASAP is Selected the earliest you can request in 4pm.> Our last delivery time is scheduled 30 mins before posted close time. 5. Once order is submitted, wait for the Area 71 dispatch to reach out to you via text! You are Almost there! Dispatch will request a "Selfie and a valid PhotoID " to verify your account and phone number. Please be ready to submit this via text, without this your order will be respectfully declined. 6. Confirm Order, Order will be confirmed Time, Location and total donation. SIT BACK and WAIT for our driver to contact you and finish to delivery or meet up process
